Under the weather

I'm not feeling well at all so there will not be a new story today. I'll try to get one up later this week. If not, everything should be back to normal next Monday. Thanks for understanding,

What do you think?

This site has been up for several months and I really appreciate all the emails and kind words from the visitors. I've had a blast writing up stories on the many haunted places and ghost sightings of North Carolina. But now I want to open a dialogue with you on the site. Did I get something wrong? Have you heard a different origin story for a haunting? I wanna hear about it!

CreepyNC in Social Media

Ok, I'll admit it. I'm an idiot. Having the twitter feed on the site is a pretty good idea... unless you forget to put a way for people to follow you, which I did. So I've finally gotten around to fixing that and while I was at it, I created an rss feed so you can follow the stories on the site from your favorite reader. I also added a page for CreepyNC on facebook (Although at the moment there is nothing there... I'll fix that real soon).

Random thoughts

So, it's been about a month since the site launched with 10 of the creepiest ghost stories about the most haunted places North Carolina could muster. I couldn't be happier with the way things have gone. I would like to thank all of you who've written to tell me you like the site and I hope you'll keep coming back as I do update the site every Monday.

The 2009 New Bern Ghost Walk

I first heard about the New Bern 'Ghost' Walk while doing research for this site. My immediate thought was "I HAVE to be there!" After grabbing Shecky and another friend, we traveled to the town excited to hear about the ghostly goings on in the states second oldest town. We got there on Saturday at 2pm checked into the hotel and waited for 5pm(The start of the ghost walk) like kids waiting for Santa.
